Thanks for sharing your experience! I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with your fair share of them as well, the silver lining is it seems to have armed you with a great deal of insight and knowledge about them.

To answer your question, our meetings were recorded so I sent that one along with other examples to HR as proof of their hostile and disrespectful behaviour.

100% on getting too comfortable and slipping up with the system and processes. When you skirt the line all the time, eventually you slip up and that’s when you need to be ready to catch them in the act.

In the end, they’re unhappy with themselves and project that onto others. Hurt people hurt people.

The best thing we can do is spot the signs, protect ourselves and others who are experiencing it as well.
