Can I see myself applying this method on a daily basis?
Whether it be waking up at dawn or implementing David Allen’s complex productivity system in a bullet journal, if you can’t visualize it, it won’t work for you.
Understanding how you operate best goes a long way in finding a productivity method that works for you.
Self-awareness is key.
As someone who gets easily distracted and overwhelmed by productivity systems that involve more than three steps, simplicity is everything.
